Has anyone else been having issues viewing the recipients when trying to review 1099s?

I am trying to review the recipients who I have been tracking for 1099s, but every single time I try to access that page, the site breaks and sends me to a blank page. I've cleared cookies and tried multiple web browsers and devices.

Thanks for letting us know about the experience you're having, nkhamutov. Let me share insights to help you enable 1099 data. 

 

When managing user access in your account, permission rights to acquire or review 1099 data might not have permitted your role to view its recipients. With this, you can request them to change your consent by following the steps below. 

 

Here's how your admin can make these changes:

 

  1. Sign in as the Primary Admin, and go to Settings.
  2. Select Manage Users, then choose the user you want to edit.
  3. Click Edit in the Action column.
  4. On the question How much access do you want this user to have?, tap All and check Payroll access.
  5. Once done, select Save.

 

However, if the issue persists, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the necessary tools to review your account and further provide additional insights to help resolve this issue. To do this:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon and choose the Search tab.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Describe your concern and click Continue.
  4. Choose between Chat with us and Have us call you.

Unfortunately the issue has persisited.
The admin to our account verified we have all permissions, including payroll. 

We contacted Quickbooks support and are escalating our issues to the Engineering Team.
