Thank you for posting here on the Community. I want to make sure the autofill function works for you the way it's designed to.
It's possible this could have something to do with temporary internet files. Browsing applications store these types of records, but sometimes they can cause issues with certain web pages. You can open a private window and check to see if your autofill feature's working.
Here's how to access incognito mode in some of the most commonly used web browsers:
If fields are being auto-filled while browsing privately, it's safe to say this problem's being caused by your browser. It can be fixed by clearing cached data and Intuit-specific cookies. However, if this matter continues, I'd recommend using other supported browsers.

I have had the exact same issue. Yesterday 11/10 the auto-recall feature was working perfectly and this morning it has stopped. Even when using the Incognito mode as suggested, the autofill is not working correctly. It will pull in the vendor and address, but not the category detail etc from the previous bill.
I'm also having the same issue. If I click on New Transaction and Bill inside a Vendor it populates correctly. If I select +New and Bill from the left hand menu, enter a Vendors name it will populate the address but not the category.

There was an issue in the back end that was creating this inability for auto population to work. This issue is now fixed :) Yay QBO
