Has anyone received a message or call back when needing help?

The chat has NEVER worked for me.  Receiving a callback seems to take forever, too, but at least they have called back.  QB is currently using Covid-19 as an excuse for delayed callbacks.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
