To start using the Multiuser Mode option, let's download that latest R10 update. Let me show you how:
- From the QuickBooks drop-down, select Check for QuickBooks Updates.
- Select Install Update.
- When prompted, select Install and Relaunch.
- Once the update is complete, QuickBooks for Mac automatically opens.
Before users can connect to the company file, make sure that that they also have the latest R10 update. Then, you can now enable multiuser mode under the File menu.
