Join nowWe use QB 2020 for MAC desktop. We have two users. Our mulit-user stopped working on 8/9/21. We had a tech to our office to fix. QB said they are working to fix on their end and will send links to email on file for our license number. We have not received any emails from QB. Is anyone else aware of this situation?

If there's anything else I can do for you, please let me know. I'll be around to help you. Have a great day!
