In the meantime, let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. QuickBooks may sometimes exhibit irregular behavior and experience performance issues due to browser problems. Let's complete the activity again using a private browsing window. The keyboard shortcuts are as follows:
Once done, return to your regular browser and clear your browser's history to start fresh. If the issue persists, you can also utilize a different supported browser since the one you're using now may have a temporary problem.
You may want to change your employee's payment details, deductions, or contribution amounts. Refer to this article: Set up and manage your Auto Payroll in QuickBooks Online Payroll.
Furthermore, you can manage, assign, or update payment schedules within your system.

Hello and thanks for your reply. Basically, I have to correct my 1099s but don't know what's wrong with them. I clicked on "Correct" to find out. To clarify, I'm clicking the right toolbar:
Taxes > 1099 Filings to check the status of my 1099 filings. They've been accepted. However under Action, it says "correct."
When I click correct, it says Review the Accounts used to Pay Recipients. Under that, on the left it lists the account, General Contractors, has a place for Box number, (1 NEC) and it offers me the option of removing that information. Clicking onward, there is the amount paid to the person and the "corrected amount" which are the same number.
I hope that helps! Thanks again.

I understand the system prompts you to correct 1099s when it already shows the corrected amount on the form. To figure this out, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team. They can help you sort out the message and verify the accounts.
