Hi Quickbook, I logged in to time tracking and pressed on weekly tracking but then the web page just loads infinitely.

Thanks for posting here, Sang. We know how important tracking your time accurately is. Yet, it keeps the page loads, which becomes an inconvenience on your end. Allow us to help you with this and perform some steps to fix this.

There are some situations in which browser-related issues sometimes make QuickBooks run unexpectedly and create odd errors. Temporarily, let's perform basic troubleshooting steps to solve this. First, log in to your QBO through a private window, then do the activity there. The keyboard shortcuts are as follows:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If this fixes the issue, route back to the browser you usually use and clear the cache to refresh. On the other hand, we can also try to utilize another supported browser if the one you're using now may have a temporary problem with QuickBooks Online.

After performing the recommended steps if the issue persists, we recommend reaching our live Customer Support Team. Their resources are equipped to perform a screen-sharing session, investigate your account, and look for the root cause of it. To contact them, click this link:  QuickBooks Time Contact Support.
