We can adjust your settings to disable the billable feature in QuickBooks Time. This way, whenever we enter or edit your employees' time entries, we will no longer be prompted to select whether the timesheet is billable or not.
Here's how:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online as an admin.
- Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
- Navigate to the Time tab and edit the Timesheet fields.
- Uncheck the Billable option. Then, click Save and Done.
Additionally, you can run an itemized total time report to see the total hours tracked against each job and customer, as well as which team members worked on each one.
