You can use the Memorize Transaction to create a recurring monthly entry on your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), Alfonsol. I'll be glad to walk you through accomplishing this process.

The Memorized Transactions feature helps you to save time and reduce potential errors in data entry. By automating transactions, you can ensure consistency and reliability in financial records. To create one, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open your QBDT account.
  2. Go to Lists, then Memorized Transaction List.
  3. Click the Memorized Transaction dropdown, then select New Group.
  4. Add your group's name and select the type of transaction.
  5. Select Monthly, from the How Often dropdown.
  6. Once done, click OK.

After that, we can create a transaction and add it to the new Memorized Transaction List you've made. To do this, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Customers, then select Create Invoices.
  2. Add the necessary details.
  3. Once done, click the Memorize button on the Edit menu.
  4. Create a name for this, then select Add to Group and select the Memorize Transaction you've created from the Group Name dropdown.
  5. Once done, select OK.

Moreover, I'll include this article that you can read and save if you're interested in creating project templates for your sales forms: Use and customize form templates.
