The task of printing your chart of accounts is a breeze and can be accomplished in no time. I'm here to assist you in making the process as simple as possible.
Here's how:
- Log in to QuickBooks Online (QBO) and head to the Transactions menu on the left panel to choose Chart of accounts.
- On the Chart of accounts page, click the Printer icon to display the Print window.
- Review the setup and layout.
- When you're ready, tap the Print button.
On the other hand, you can choose to run the Account List. This report will provide details such as the name, type, and balance of every account in your chart of accounts.
To open the report:
- Go to the Reports menu on the left panel to open the Report Center.
- Type Account List in the Find report by name field.
- If you wish to remove or add more details to the report, utilize the Customize feature.
- After personalizing the list, click the Printer button in the upper-right-hand corner.
