Buy nowAll the deposits show up on my reconciliation, but on the payments side, it doesnt show any of the money that paid out of the account for expenses. I can pull up all my expenses in quickbooks, but they are not showing up on the reconciliation.
@tntproshopllc1 The first question that comes to mind is whether the expenses you are able to bring up in QBO are actually sourced from the bank account you are trying to reconcile.
Are they?
If they are, were they somehow already marked Cleared?
Filters applied in the reconciliation window can cause certain transactions to be excluded, which may be why your expense transactions aren't displaying. I'll walk you through on how to address this issue, TNT.
Ensure to check or adjust filter settings for the expense transactions to appear. These filters may sometimes limit the transactions displayed based on the criteria such as Date, Payee, or Transaction Type. I've added screenshot for your visual reference:

Secondly, verify transactions and make sure expenses are correctly recorded in QuickBooks and categorized under the correct expense account. This will enable them to show up during reconciliation.
