How can I send a batch email for bills pay approvals? Instead of sending an individual email for each bill to be approved.

Currently, we can only create multiple bills at once through the Batch transactions feature in QuickBooks Online Advanced, erechter. 

 

When it comes to bill approvals, we can email it one at a time. This is to ensure that we are not missing any details of the bill. Having a batch function for approving multiple bills is a great I that we can share to our developers. We can easily send our feedback specific for it by following these steps: 

 

  1. Go to the Batch transactions window.
  2. Click the Feedback option in the upper-right corner.
  3. Rate your experience under How was your experience using Batch Transactions?.
  4. Enter the details you want to improve in the How can we improve Batch Transactions? box.
  5. Click Submit.
