My problem cannot be solved with these help questions and I have to get this fixed. Please can someone give me a phone number or an immediate chat or any type of live human who can solve my problem - Before I updated QB to show my new bank and checking account, I ran a batch and it was sent to the old bank. They refused it and QB listed it as "withheld." I couldn't get anybody to solve this for me so I tried to solve it myself and made it worse. And I still can't get anybody at Quickbooks to help me. As soon as my accountant finishes what he needs to do to get me caught up, I'm going back to Freshbooks. This is taking too much of my time to fix.
