To get started, could you please confirm whether you have connected your Merchant Account to QuickBooks Online (QBO)? If you have, you can access it by navigating to the Account and settings section and selecting the Payments menu.
I'll walk you through the process:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Choose Account and settings.
- Select the Payments menu and then click the Manage account green button.
However, if you haven't connected it yet, you'll need to link it first to access it through the QBO. Before you connect your account, make sure to:
- Refund open transactions before connecting your accounts. You can't refund transactions made before you connect your payments account.
- Delete any recurring payments in Merchant Services. Sign in to Merchant Services and turn off any recurring payments before you start.
