The option to directly add your UPS shipping account is currently unavailable in QBO. As a workaround, I suggest checking the QuickBooks App Store and searching for a third-party app that enables you to have the same features as the Shipping Manager.
Here's how:
- Go to the Apps menu.
- Select Finds Apps.
- Search for an app on the Find Apps to streamline your work field or click Browse Category to find a suitable app that works best for you.
- Once you have found an app, click it and select Get App Now.
QuickBooks displays the list of applications available that matches the description you entered. Moreover, you can also go online and search for related apps.
Moreover, QuickBooks Shipping Manager is only available in QuickBooks Desktop. For more insights about the availability of this feature, you can refer to this article: Set up and use QuickBooks Shipping Manager.
