How do I change font size to be slightly bigger? Thanks in advance

Hi there, slivvy.

I'll share different steps to change the font size to be slightly bigger in QuickBooks Online.

If you mean to enlarge the font size on the display screen, I suggest holding the Ctrl key and pressing the Plus sign (+) on your keyboard simultaneously. And, to decrease it, go back to your keyboard and press Ctrl and the Minus sign (-).

You can also use the vertical three dots to make the font size larger.

Here's how:

  1. Click the 3 dots at the upper right corner.
  2. Locate the Zoom option.
  3. Choose the plus (+) icon to zoom in and make the page larger. It should be set to 100% or lower to display the full page.

However, if you're referring to the transaction template, I recommend going to the Custom Form Style page. From there, you can change the font size of the text in the template. Please follow the steps below.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Custom Form Styles.
  3. Look for your form style, then click Edit.
  4. Go to the Design tab.
  5. Click on the Select a different font option.
  6. Choose your desired font size. We have three choices available: 8, 10, and 12pts.
  7. Hit Done.

Once done, please go back to the screen where you left off to continue performing your tasks. I'd advise visiting this website: QBO Basics. This link provides you more information about managing your income, expenses, inventory, banking, and your QuickBooks account.

Please know that you're always welcome to post if you have any other concerns. Wishing you and your business continued success.
