HOW DO I CREATE A NEW INVOICE? WHEN I SELECT NEW, THEN INVOICE IT JUMPTS TO AN ADD FOR ACH BANK PAYMENTS AND I CAN'T CREATE A NEW INVOICE LIKE I HAVE IN THE PAST.

We can try creating an invoice not by going to the +New option, but by navigating to the Sales menu located on the left side panel. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Sales.
  2. Select Invoices.
  3. Then, create an invoice.

 

If it still prompts you to another menu for ACH payments, try to cancel or dismiss that prompt.
