I should have been more specific the term is for a supplier / vendor who requests payment on the 25th day of the month following

From there, you can review the visual that shows the Due in fixed number of days option that my colleague mentioned before.

Perhaps I have too many terms already?- The only box available is fixed number of days- this doesn't help for a bill due in up to 56 days.

I was finally able ( in gear section) to create a term for due 25th day of the month- due next month if within 25 days of due date- so a June 1st is still due July 25th - Thank you
