How do I delete a customer

Hello there, @landscapefirstclass. The option to delete a customer is currently not available. However, we can make them inactive instead.

By making a customer inactive, they're temporarily removed from active lists but not permanently deleted. This helps keep your financial records intact for things like audits and analysis, ensuring all transactions linked to a customer are preserved.

Here's how you can inactive your customer:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
2. In the left corner of your screen, go to Customer and Goals.
3. Click the Edit menu.
4. Then, Select Make Inactive to confirm.
