Hello there, @landscapefirstclass. The option to delete a customer is currently not available. However, we can make them inactive instead.
By making a customer inactive, they're temporarily removed from active lists but not permanently deleted. This helps keep your financial records intact for things like audits and analysis, ensuring all transactions linked to a customer are preserved.
Here's how you can inactive your customer:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
- In the left corner of your screen, go to Customer and Goals.
- Click the Edit menu.
- Then, Select Make Inactive to confirm.
