It's indeed frustrating to be left with a mess after a critical migration, Pam.

I migrated 80+ payrolls from another software into QBO Elite (what a joke) payroll. They had an on boarding team that didn't know whay they where doing and created a nightmare that lasted 5 months. I thought it was over only to have someone insert themselves back into my closed Office of the President complaint. The same person who on 12/18/24 who admitted QBO screwed up, (they stole money out of my clients account for payroll taxes that were marked as already paid, and 3rd level promised they would not take the funds, did so anyway - that is why I say Intuit STOLE the money), reinserted themselves into my close case and sent my client to their collection company. Mind you, the OOP closed my case admitting Intuit was at fault. Today the newest OOP agent, who told me this is the worst case she had ever seen in her career, told me that intuit canceled my payroll subscription and we could reapply for it in 12 months. (Not until Hell freezes over)
The true miscarriage of justice here is that this so called Office of the President (which by its name tells me that they speak for the President of Intuit) is nothing but a shame. He should be so embarrassed by how this group handles the "highest level" of escalation inside of Intuit and under his name.
This type of treatment with accounting firms, will catch up and ruin this company.
I know we are not the only company that Intuit has done this to.
I joined QBO in late December at the suggestion of my CPA. The time and money I have spent on issues with the platform is ridiculous. I tried to enroll in Bill Pay several times, only to have my application terminated each time. The first time was because I didn't select 'Corporation or LLC' - the only option was Sole Proprietor or C-Corp. Several representatives said they were going to look into this and never followed-up with their findings. Other representatives offered different reasons - only to never follow-up with their findings either. My staff cannot log in and document their time occasionally - for some unknown reason. Uploading documents for transactions never translates correctly, resulting in additional time to correct the error or having to manually enter the transaction - I may as well use an Excel spreadsheet and take less time. Three months of free support. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM!!!
