How do i get a real person callback

I'll guide you through getting a callback from our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Support Team, @skipstell5.

 

I'd suggest using the Get a callback feature from the Help menu. This way, one of our representatives will confirm your call. Once connected, they can securely access your account and resolve your issues. They are available from 6 AM - 6 PM (Monday-Friday) and 6 AM - 3 PM (Saturday) to ensure we can assist you on time. Here's how: 

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right. 
  2. Choose Contact Us
  3. Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? box. 
  4. Click Let's talk
  5. Select Get a callback. 
  6. Enter your contact information. 
  7. Choose Confirm my call

 

I recommend watching these video tutorials to help you efficiently manage your QBO account, income, expenses, banking, and inventory.

There is no "Let's Talk" or "Get a Callback" on my screen.  It should not be this hard to get in touch with a person!

Hi @menck,

 

I'll make sure you'll get in touch with our live support agents. Currently, the option to Get a Callback is unavailable. We've roll-out our new support system called QB Assistant. It is designed to be more interactive to help customers quickly find answers compare to scrolling pages of articles.

 

If you're unable to find answers, you'll have the option to get help from one of our chat support agents. Let me guide you how.

 

  1. Go to Help at the top.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern on the field. QB Assistant will provide link to some answers.
  4. Type "I still need a human", then tick the Get help from a human button.
  5. Click Chat with us to start a conversation. See the attached screenshots below.
