How do i get the addresses from the employee screen pull into the Check writing screen?

I cannot figure out why the addresses will not populate in the Check screen when I need to cut a manual payroll check, any idea why or how to fix?

Good to see you posting in the Community forum, @aulrick.

Unlike the vendor, when you create a check for an employee, their address will not auto-populate on the check. As a workaround, you may have to enter the employee address manually on the check.

I can see how the feature you're looking for would benefit and empower your business. I recommend sending this request straight to our product engineers through feedback. It helps us improve the features of the program.

To send feedback, follow the below steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  4. Then select Next to submit feedback.

For future reference, here's how to record, edit, and delete expenses: Enter and manage expenses in QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can do for you. I'll be standing by for your response. Have a great day.

You advise, "I recommend sending this request straight to our product engineers through feedback."

My question is, what is the point of submitting a request to the product engineers when they have repeatedly proven to be tone deaf?  Why after so many people have reported this issue (and others) that need to be fixed, or added, do the product engineers perpetually ignore our issues? After paying the expensive prices of this service, I have had to pay an additional $1,200/year because the "product engineers" refuse to add one simple vital feature to many, many users! Is this feedback system only in place to make us "feel" like we're being heard? Lip service is cheap. I regret even taking the time to write this, because I already know where it will end up.
