Hi there, @embraceholland. I'm here to help you print expenses in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
The option to print expenses using your QBO phone app is unavailable. You can read this page to know features available on your mobile app: Compare mobile app features.
As a workaround, you can print the transaction by logging in through a web browser using your mobile device or computer. To do so, use this QuickBooks Log-in link.
Once signed in, refer to these steps to proceed:
For reference, check out this article: Enter and manage expenses in QuickBooks Online.
We'd love to hear more of your insights regarding this so I recommend sending feedback to our product developers. This way, they can further review which parts of the program need enhancements and consider adding them to future updates. Please refer to the steps below:
You can also visit our Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online website to track the suggestion you've submitted.
No worries if you encounter any QuickBooks navigation issues. Just post here again with the detailed information and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Have a good day ahead and stay safe.
To print an expense from the QuickBooks mobile app, follow these steps:
Open the QuickBooks mobile app on your phone and log in to your account.
Tap on the Expenses tab from the bottom menu.
Find the expense you want to print and tap on it to open it.
Tap on the three dots icon in the top right corner of the screen.
From the pop-up menu, select Print.
Choose your printer from the list of available printers. If your printer is not listed, make sure it's connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your phone.
Adjust any print settings as needed, such as page orientation or the number of copies.
Tap Print to print the expense.
Note that your phone must be connected to a printer that is compatible with your mobile device in order to print the expense. If you don't have access to a printer, you can also save the expense as a PDF and email it to yourself to print later.
Regards,
Rachel Gomez
