How do I undo a reconciliation?

You can undo one transaction at a time in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @camerons1.

To begin with, please proceed to these steps:

1. Go to the Accounting tab, then choose Chart of Accounts.
2. Find the account and select View register.
3. Filter the register to show only the last 60 days of transactions for easier review.
4. Look for the “R” in the check column for reconciled transactions.
5. Click the box until it’s blank to remove it from reconciliation.

       6.     Once done, hit Save.

If you want to undo an entire reconciliation, I recommend reaching out to your accountant with a QBO Accountant account.
