Join nowI no longer see the options to contact phone tech support. I’ve followed the steps but it only gives Chat support not phone support. How can I reach phone support?

What error or issue did you encounter when re-subscribing? More details would definitely help me come up with a solution.
For now, I'll lay down a bunch of reasons why you're unable to re-subscribe in QuickBooks Online:
If you encountered a specific error message, then this might be caused by a cache-related issue. To confirm and fix this, you'll want to use an incognito window (best way to rule out cache-related problems):
Next, log in to your QuickBooks Online account and re-subscribe from there. When you're able to do so, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. Close out any instances to apply the new cache data. Alternatively, you can use another supported browser.
However if you still want to speak with our agents, you'll want to contact us directly from the program. We're unable to access your contact details in a public space (and our Community agents won't be able to call you).
