I prepared several client letters, one page per client, approximately 25 to 30 separate pages in a word .docx document using the batch print client letters and envelopes routine in QB 2023 Accountant Desktop program.
Other than recreating the word document in the batch print routine, is there a method to print only the envelopes from an existing word file?
Is there a way to change the font for return address and mailing address so that all of the envelopes use the same updated font, rather than having to edit each envelope while printing?
Is there a way to choose a font as default for return address and mailing address without having the edit routine constantly changing one or the other already changed font? I have tried to set the return address and mailing address fields to use Garamond, Bold, size 14 for the envelopes. As I choose to set as the default, for one of the fields, the other reverts back to plain arial size 11 font. Not sure what to do to have the font changes "stick", nor do I have any clue as to having the batch letter/envelope routine print only the envelopes.
