How to communicate directly with the QuickBooks Online support team?

We use desktop QuickBooks in Asia (Bangladesh, Nepal, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Cambodia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Mongolia, India, Philippines, Laos, Kyrgyzstan, Jordan, Uzbekistan), Africa (Rwanda, Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Chad, Malawi, Niger, Zambia, Mozambique, Cameroon, Uganda and Ghana).

We would like to set up an Online QuickBooks by communicating with companies one-on-one in each country. So I want to know the details like the attached file. I'm looking for kindly help.

If you are using QB Desktop US version, you are only able migrate data to QBO US version.

All of your reps are located in Asia and Africa. You may need to use QBO Global version

You may have 2 options to migrate data:

1. Utilize a migration tool

2. Purchase a 3rd party conversion service.

You may contact us in private to do so.

 

Anyway, I noticed one of your reps is located in Indonesia. Is your Head Office located in Korea. We have a project related to QuickBooks Desktop Premier 2012 with an Indonesian-based Non Profit with similar info you have shared in the JPG file.

While we're unable to directly give our contact information in the Community space, I'd like to route you to our right support. If you have the new QB Assistant option, you can use these steps:

 

  1. Click the (?) Help or QB Assistant icon. 
  2. Choose Talk to a human (select it again when prompted).
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern. 
  4. Select I still need a human.
  5. Click Contact us.
  6. Choose either Get a call or Start messaging
