It's a pleasure having you here today. I've got the steps to help you restore your backup data in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Firstly, you can hover over the Backup company section to find the company you want to restore a backup. Then, you'll know when it's ready when you see a checkmark. Doing this will take almost an hour. Here's how:

On the upper right corner, look for the Gear icon.
Select Back up company. Note: you have to sign in with Intuit account and then select Authorize to proceed.
Find the company you want to restore a back of.
From the Action dropdown menu, choose Restore.
In the Date field, pick the date you want to restore.
From the Time dropdown menu, select the time you want to restore.
Enter AGREE from the Ready to restore your backup? section.
Click Next. If you see a list of recommended actions, follow them first. After you finish everything on the list, select Refresh to continue.
Once done, choose Start Restore.

However, since you mentioned that you're not using the Advanced version, I'd suggest utilizing the Export function if you're using Simple Start, Essentials, or Plus to back up your data: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, I'll provide you with this article about running reports that can help you track your business performance: Run a report in QuickBooks Online.
