The option to edit or update items by bulk is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Point of Sale. You’ll want to modify them individually.
I recommend exporting them to Excel as a workaround, so you can easily update the details. Please follow the steps below:
- Go to the File menu, then Utilities.
- Choose Export.
- Select the Inventory Items or the list you want to modify and then hit Next.
- Enter the needed data in the following fields: Location where the file will be saved, worksheet and the row where the data started.
- You can select "manually manage the mapping" to ensure the details are matched.
- Click Next.
- Validate if the records ready for export, then select Export.
