Buy nowQuickBooks only sends statements as PDFs by email - there's no built-in option to send as JPG.
If you need to send as JPG, here's a workaround:
1. Create your statement in QuickBooks
2. Click **Print or Preview** to view it
3. Take a screenshot (Windows: press **Windows + Shift + S**)
4. Save the screenshot as a JPG
5. Email it manually outside of QuickBooks
**Or convert the PDF to JPG:**
1. Save/download the statement as PDF
2. Use a free online converter like ilovepdf.com or smallpdf.com
3. Upload the PDF → download as JPG
4. Email the JPG manually
