How to indicate a range of dates under service dates column on an invoice or estimate in qbo?

It's great to see you in the Community, @scoutnv. Allow me to share some details about this option when managing sales forms in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The option to include the date range of the sales service on the form's column is unavailable. However, you can still distinguish the dates by looking at the form's header. It consists of the Service date, Due date, or Paid date.

You can also pull out a Sales by Product/Service Detail report and customize it to narrow down these details. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports and enter Sales by Product/Service Detail in the search box.
  2. Click on the Customize button and go to the Columns section.
  3. Check the column headers that you want to see on the reports.
  4. Select Run.

You can also save this setup to get this customized report easily the next time you want to get updates on the sales transactions in the future. For more details, you can check this article: Memorize reports in QuickBooks Online.
