How to record income tax returns refund in quick books?

You can record the income tax return refund as a bank deposit.

Here's how:

1. Click the Plus icon.
2. Under Other, select Bank Deposit.
3. Enter the account and complete the details of the deposit.
4. Click Save and close.

I'd also suggest consulting an accountant for the best advice to record this transaction.
