We're currently receiving a similar concern from other users. Our engineers are already aware of it and are working on a solution. However, we're unable to provide a turnaround time yet.
In the meantime, you'll want to contact our QBO Payroll Support for a workaround. They have the tools for that on their end.
- Click on Help.
- Click the Search tab and then Contact Us at the bottom.
- Paste the error message in the description field and click Continue.
- Choose Chat or Callback.
