If you wish to get in touch with our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Care Team, we have streamlined the process of contacting our support team. You can get real-time assistance via chat or speak with one of our specialists through our callback service. Let's go to your company's Help section to get support information.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. In your company, head to the Help icon in the upper right to display the support window.
  2. Choose the Assistant tab and enter a brief description of your concern in the Type something field.
  3. Click the Get help from a human link and type a phrase or keyword in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. Press the Continue button to view the support options.
  5. Pick Chat to start a conversation and Callback to speak with an agent.
