I'll explain how to deal with ad messages in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @BobTeacher. This way, you'll be able to keep track of the direction of the business and effectively manage your account.
The purpose of ads in QBO is to guide you on how to get the most out of the system. The option to turn it off is currently unavailable. You can, however, manually close them by pressing the X or No thanks buttons. You'll be able to prevent the advertising from appearing again if you do this.
