Thanks for letting us know about this, @thebugmaster,
We currently have an ongoing issue with QuickBooks Online Payroll displaying the HTTP Status 500 when opening the Payroll page. Our engineers are aware of this and are working on to get this resolved immediately.
To add your email in the affected users list and get live updates about the problem, I suggest contacting our Support Team.
Our Support Team are available from 6:00 AM until 6:00 PM on weekdays, and 6:00 AM til 3:00 PM on Saturday. If you can't reach us during this time, you can request a callback so you won't have to wait on the line.
Here's how:
- Sign in to your QBO account.
- Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
- From there, select the Contact Us button and enter your concern in the description box.
- Once done, select Call us or Get a callback option.
Please provide the investigation number INV-50963 to our representatives.
In the meantime, try other browsers or use a private browser temporarily. Use these keyboard shortcuts to launch private browsing:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
You can also clear the browser's cache. This will help delete the history of the browser, so you can start in a clean slate.
I appreciate your patience while were working on this. If you have other questions or concerns that needs immediate attention, please let me know in the comment below. I'll be more than happy to help. Have a nice day!
