I am the Plan Administrator and I am Locked out of my QBO Account after the Intuit Tsheets Merge. Help!

Intuit, T-Sheets, and QBO merged and required one password for all three. Once I completed the required merge I am now locked out of QBO and I am the Administrator.  

 

Every chat and message board tells me to log into the QBO help center to get this fixed but I can't access it at all since I am locked out and I am the Administrator!! This is an urgent matter since we are working remotely and everyone is now locked out of QBO and is receiving the same message.  I need some assistance with this matter asap.

Logging in to your QuickBooks Online Account is my top priority, @N03l

 

Since you're locked out, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care Team using our QuickBooks Online Sample Account. With this, our agent has the tools to generate a One-Time-PIN or Password, so you're able to log in back.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. In the sample account, choose the Help menu on the top right, then click Contact Us
  2. Type your concern in the box, then hit Let's talk
  3. Choose either Start a chat or Get a call

        5. Complete the needed information and submit the request.
