I am unable to mark a contactor as inactive. I receive an error message of "Something went wrong...If the problem continues, contact us." What's the solution?

Hi @eric89,

 

I'll help you out with your issue about a contractor you want to tag as inactive. 

 

I suggest you open your browser's private window. It isolates cache, which is the common cause of a browser's unexpected behaviors. 

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If that works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Otherwise, open an alternative browser that's available for you.
