We've upgraded our bank feeds to comply with the new Open Banking regulations. To reconnect your account, you'll need to switch to our Open Banking connection.
Please note that this connection will be available for banks in phases. When it's ready for your bank, you'll see a banner on the Banking menu. Once you have it, you can update your connection to ensure your current feed won't stop working. Here's how:

You'll want to categorize and match your transactions to make sure they're accounted for correctly and prevent duplicates. Then, you can reconcile them to ensure your books are accurate.

i already have been using new system but as it needed reconnecting i go through all banks checks , they are happy and send me back to quick books and then is the problem .

Let's start by reconnecting your bank account using a private browser to determine if this is a browser issue. Please use the shortcut keys to access QuickBooks on a private browser:
If your bank is connected successfully using the private browser, you need to clear the cache of the regular browser you're using.
If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team to check this further for you.
