Let me share some insights about your bank connectivity concern. We can provide you with some troubleshooting steps so you can reconnect your bank in QuickBooks Online (QBO) as soon as possible, anthonymarra1123.

We can refresh the Banking page by pressing the F5 button since this might be a simple webpage sync issue. This could be unexpected behavior can also be caused by a cache-related issue. When a browser's cache is full or corrupted, it can cause several issues within QuickBooks. One way to rule this out is to use an incognito or private browser. Here's how:

  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Safari (new versions): Command Shift N

Once done, log back into your QuickBooks account and try connecting your bank account again. When they appear properly, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. This clears the webpage data that's causing the issue. Then, close out any browser instances to complete the process. Alternatively, you can use another supported browser to check your connected accounts.

If the same thing happens, I'd recommend signing in to your bank's website and checking your account page for messages or alerts. Once reviewed, manually update the account again. If you make changes on the website, update your bank account sign-in information in the system. For more details, you can check out this article: Bank errors and missing transactions in QuickBooks OnlineOnce done, try reconnecting your bank account again.

I'm adding this material for more hints while reviewing your downloaded bank and credit card transactions in QBO: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
