Did you upgrade your OS to BigSur? QBD 2015 is an outdated version and won't support it. You should upgrade to QBD 2021 or migrate to QB Online. You may utilize the trial version of QBD 2021 to make sure of it.

I’ve been working with QuickBooks directly. I was instructed to upgrade to QuickBooks 2020 a trial version which worked to let me see my data and company. But still unable to migrate over to QuickBooks online. Several long chats. I’m talking hours. I’m on day five. I now have a case number and they are turning it over to their back end team.

Weird. Why didn't they ask you to install the trial license of QBD 2021 instead? Make sure your Total Targets < 350K prior to migrating it to QBO. Let me know if Data Service is unable to fix your company file.
