When you're at the Print page of the estimate in question, set the Pages drop-down menu to All.

In my Quickbooks form, its only showing 2 pages to print. When I actually look at the original estimate , its showing 3 pages.
This is so unusual that I believe the only way anyone can understand what Im talking about is to do a screenshare so the person can see what is actually going on.

You'll want to try printing the estimates outside QuickBooks to see if you'll be getting the same result. If the same thing happens, please check out the test sequence for PDF printing issues for some troubleshooting steps on how to get this fixed.
