First of all, let's open your browser in incognito/private mode to check if it caused by a browser. Also, this mode doesn't use the existing cache data files to load a webpage.

If it works fine with a private browser, I suggest clearing your browser's cache to start fresh.
Once done, you can go to Payroll Settings to check the paycheck option before printing them in QuickBooks Online.

Thank you for your help. But I tried using the incognito window and it still display my email's company instead of the actual company name. Is there anything else I can do to update that?

When printing checks and pay stubs for your employees in QuickBooks Online, you'll have to ensure that everything in your company settings has correct details. This could be the reason why it still displays the email's company instead of the actual company name. To confirm this, I suggest going to the Account and Settings to verify the information entered.
