I'm being charged to file on Turbotax, when I pay for the Quickbooks Self Employed Tax Bundle (which includes one fed and one state return)

I'm a subscriber to Quickbooks Self Employed Tax Bundle. I've sent my information from QB Self Employed > To my Turbotax account. Now that I'm at the end and ready to file, Turbotax is trying to charge me to file. Is there some special discount code or something I should have? The accounts share the same email, and all the info from QB sent over to Turbotax flawlessly, so I'm not sure why it doesn't recognize me as a subscriber to the tax bundle and thus trying to charge me.

EDIT: Solved. You have to click on discounts, and select the promotion QBSETTO at checkout in turbotax. This should really be set as default to curb any confusion.

I also have Turbotax through my Quickbooks subscription and I was charged. How do I go about getting my money back that they charged me?

Hello there, Jess04.

Let me route you to the correct support.

The Community is a public forum. We are unable to ask for any confidential details, such as your account number. That said, I'd recommend reaching out to our Phone Support team so we can verify the charge and how to process a refund.

I've also added this article that has detailed information on the different charges on your card: Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement.

Keep me posted if ever you have concerns with QuickBooks charges. I'll be around to help you out!

I sure hope you guys continue to include the tax bundle with the self-employed subscription, that's the only reason why I subscribed. :) Cheers
