same problem and won't work thru putting in the info as stated I did verify the active account with the intuit website and product validation
LOcked out of 2014 as well will not reset

Please note that QuickBooks 2014 is already an unsupported version. Thus, you can no longer update the maintenance release which is necessary to fix minor bugs that might have caused the issue.
