We’ve updated our customer experience when reaching out to our support team. You can get real-time assistance using the Message an agent option or speak with one of our specialists via the Get a callback feature.


Here’s how:

 

  1. Click on the Help icon at the top to display the QB Assistant window.
  2. From there, tap the Talk to a human menu and enter the issue/topic.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
  4. From the option, choose Message an agent or Get a callback.
