The reason you can't see the payment option is that managing your subscription, including making a payment, isn't available directly through the QuickBooks mobile app. You'll need to use a web browser instead.
You can do this on your phone's web browser or on a computer. Once you're in the browser, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Subscriptions and billing.
- Update your payment method or complete your payment there.
