It's possible, your browser's cache is causing this unexpected behavior, mmeredith-dsah-o.

 

I can help you get rid of the error by verifying if it's a browser-related issue, let's start troubleshooting by accessing QuickBooks using a private browser:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Then, print the bank deposit again. If you're able to do so without any errors, you'll need to switch back to the main browser to clear the cache. You can also try using other browsers to isolate browser-related issues.

First, you can try performing basic troubleshooting in your browser to check if it's a browser issue or not. You can follow the steps provided by my colleague Catherine_B.

 

If the error persists, you can contact our QuickBooks Support to check your account in a safe environment. Also, they can file an investigation if necessary.

 

Please follow these steps on how to contact our support:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Click the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter your concern in the field, then hit Let's talk.
  4. Select either Start a chat or Get a call.
  5. Fill up all the information needed.
  6. Click Submit or Confirm my call.

 

Please know that if you're using the Plus, Essentials, or Simple Start QuickBooks, the support hours are from 6:00 AM - 6:00 PMMonday to Friday. Then 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Saturday. However, if you're using the Advanced version, you can contact us any time on any day.
