Once done, let's run QuickBooks Desktop in Administrator Mode. Just make sure QuickBooks Desktop is already installed on your computer. Here's how:

I'd recommend running the Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet reports in the two versions to compare them. This ensures your books are accurate after the exporting process.
Also, you can always visit this page: QuickBooks Desktop. Then, click + More topics at the bottom of the window. This lets you see all the topics on how to efficiently manage your income, expenses, inventory, and your desktop company file.
