As much as I would love to take care of this, we're unable to initiate a call here in the Intuit Community space without asking for personal details with regards to your issue.

 

That said, I highly suggest contacting our Phone Support team.

  • In QuickBooks Online (QBO), click the Help (question mark) icon at the top right.
  • Select Contact Us at the bottom to connect with our live support.
